Last post on Edinburgh. Starting to get so tired of typing it. These are from and around the Grassmarket.

Edinburgh #004
If you take bus 24 or 36 to the Edinburgh Harbour you get to a little turkish coffee shop called Café Truva. It has a lot of nice colours and diplomas on the walls.

Edinburgh #002
Day 2 in the scottish capital started out with us getting on the sightseeing bus. I'm just not very much for seeing sights, so I had the audio-guide on french in an attempt to practise my language skills (didn't work out too good, when we were supposed to look right, I looked left...et cetera) I mainly took photos of people passing by or windows, it looked a bit like this:
(Really like this one, epic mountains + reflection in bus window.) After the bustour we walked up this hill called Calton, took some group photos and admired the view.
My (failed) attempt to look taller than Mari. One out of a thousand group portrays.
Lunch @ hard rock café. Then we went to "the Edinburgh Dundgeons", which was again, about witchery and stuff. Walked around grabbing people's arms/hands all the time, not that it was too scary but the thought that something scary would happen was fucking scary!
Coffee/Elme's apple crumble/Elme's beautiful new wooden box. The evening was spent having a pool-tournament, got no pictures but maybe that's good. I'm not a very good player, a man actually laught at me, and not in a oh-that's-so-charming-kind of way (it was BRUTAL), when I accidently shot the black one down... New mission is to get reeeeally good at pool.

So, day numero uno in Edinburgh. I must say that although I have about fivehundred new frames, I was rather lazy with the camera. But there is a hell of a lot nature-shots.
Started out with a petit midnight feast with the semlor that we made last friday. This was the first night of insomnia. We had to leave for the busstation/airport at 4.30 (!!!!)
Arrived in Edinburgh, sat counting "first scottish" like man, woman, old person, tree (that one was rather easy...), kid et cetera from the bus window. Bursting out "wooow"'s 99% of the time.
Some compulsory touristy-images.Think I have a slight crush on neon signs like these.
One of many caffeine breaks.
Had to kill quite a lot of hours. I think it got a bit out of hand...
A very zoomed and happy me, holding up my scottish fiver (wrong side tho, the other one was much prettier!!) Also met up with the others (so so nice to see them again, slightly jealous of Jesper who nowadays got himself a proper irish accent!), had dinner at the hostel and then went out on the "Witchery Tour", I think the scottish are obsessed with hanging witches et cetera, wherever you went they were nagging on about it, and some Burke and Hare guys... Felt a bit like "come up with something new!!!"
